Thank you for choosing Maurice Winters Studios. Please review the following policies before booking your session. Booking a session confirms that you have read and agree to these terms.

Booking & Retainer
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours notice. The original retainer will be applied toward the new session date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

No Shows
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled session without prior communication will be considered a no-show.
No-shows forfeit all payments made and will require a new booking and retainer to schedule another session.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time.
A 15-minute grace period is provided.
After 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 may be applied.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their session shortened or canceled without refund, depending on scheduling availability.

Image Selection
Clients will receive an online proofing gallery to select their included edited images.
Selections must be submitted within 14 days of gallery delivery.
Failure to make selections within this timeframe will result in a $25 gallery reactivation and management fee.

Additional Edited Images
Additional edited images may be purchased after your gallery has been delivered.
Pricing is available upon request.

Rush Editing
Need your images sooner?
Rush editing is available for an additional $50.
Rush delivery applies to any session and places your gallery at the front of the editing queue.
Availability may vary depending on workload.

RAW Images
RAW (unedited) images are not included with any package.
Clients who wish to purchase their complete gallery of RAW images may do so for an additional fee.
Maurice Winters Studios reserves the right to decline the sale of RAW images at its discretion.

Copyright & Image Usage
Maurice Winters Studios retains the copyright to all photographs.
Clients receive personal-use rights to all purchased edited images.
Images may not be altered, heavily filtered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Any use, download, screenshot, or publication of images that have not been purchased is considered unauthorized use and may result in:
Immediate removal of gallery access
An invoice for the unauthorized images at the current per-image rate
Additional licensing or legal action when applicable

Gallery Delivery
Final edited galleries are delivered digitally through a secure online gallery.
Please download and back up your images upon delivery.
Maurice Winters Studios is not responsible for lost images after 90 days from the gallery delivery date.

Creative Direction
Every session includes posing guidance and creative direction.
Editing style, color grading, and artistic decisions remain at the photographer’s discretion to preserve the Maurice Winters Studios brand.

Studio & Location Fees
Studio rental fees are not included unless otherwise stated.
Certain locations may require permits or entrance fees, which are the client’s responsibility.

Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions affected by severe weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
The photographer will determine whether weather conditions are suitable.

Respect & Professionalism
Maurice Winters Studios is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for every client.
Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward the photographer or any staff member may result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

Social Media & Credit
Maurice Winters Studios may use images from your session for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
If you prefer your images remain private, please notify us in writing before your session.
When sharing your images online, crediting Maurice Winters Studios is greatly appreciated.
